This Privacy Policy explains how Kral Studios ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the SocialPocket mobile application (the "App").
First, we want to be clear about what we do not collect:
Personal Identity Information: We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or passwords.
Saved Content: When you use the App to save posts or pictures via a link, that content is downloaded and saved strictly to your device's local internal storage. We do not upload, store, or track your saved pictures, posts, or bookmarks on our servers.
Background Data: The App's fetching tool only operates when explicitly initiated by you in the foreground. We do not use your device as a background proxy network.
To provide app functionality, manage subscriptions, serve advertisements, and ensure security, the App integrates third-party services (SDKs). These third parties may automatically collect the following data types:
Device or Other IDs: Such as your device's IP address, Android Advertising ID, and app-specific identifiers.
Purchase History: Records of your in-app subscription purchases (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly plans) to grant you access to premium features.
App Activity & Diagnostics: Information on how you interact with the App, crash logs, and performance data to help us fix bugs and optimize the user experience.

The data collected by the third-party services integrated into the App is used to:
Verify app authenticity and prevent fraud. Process subscriptions and unlock premium features. Serve relevant advertisements to keep the app free/accessible. Analyze crashes and improve the overall performance of the App.
The App is intended for a general audience and is targeted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will take steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our third-party service providers.
Because we do not store your personal data on our own servers, the retention of automatically collected data is subject to the policies of our third-party providers (Google, RevenueCat).
Any content, posts, or images you save using the App are stored entirely locally on your device. You can permanently delete this data at any time by deleting the items within the App, clearing the App's storage cache in your Android settings, or uninstalling the App.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
